Plexure provides maintenance support and services for technology systems, both developed by ourselves and those which have been designed and implemented by other vendors, such as the following:
- Troubleshooting issue encountered during the operational usage of the CRM solution
- Providing phone, fax and e-mail support service throughout the maintenance period
- Providing on-site visits for major issues which need to be solved in person
- Installing software updates and security patches for CRM system modules
